为了贯彻“安全为了生产、生产必须安全”的方针,结合近年来氧气管网事故的教训,总结和吸取了钢铁企业施工、设计、管理方面的经验,参照国家建委批准的“氧气站设计规范”(TJ 30－78)和其它有关规定,特制订钢铁企业氧气管网若干技术规定。本规定经组织钢铁企业部分生产、设计、基建等单位多次讨论修改,同时还征求了一机部设计总院、杭州制氧机研究所、化工部基建局等单位的意见,现颁发执行。在试行中有何意见,望及时报部钢铁司。
