我们在学习《天津医药》(8～9卷)的过程中,感到大部分论文设计严密,处理恰当,结论有根据,但也发现少数文章存在着一些统计学问题,现提出来加以讨论。一、对照问题:有比较才能鉴别。在临床上要确定某药物或某疗法是否有效及效力的大小,条件十分复杂。因此,更需要设置对照组,否则很难对某实验因素做出科学的评价。
During the course of studying “Tianjin Medicine” (Volumes 8-9), we felt that most of the papers were well-designed, well-handled and well-grounded. However, we found a few statistical problems in a few articles, which we will present for discussion. First, the control problem: a comparison can identify. In clinical to determine the effectiveness of a drug or a therapy and effectiveness of the size, the conditions are very complicated. Therefore, it is more necessary to set up a control group, otherwise it is difficult to make a scientific evaluation of an experimental factor.
