我国高校常常把组织开展以大学生为主体的青年志愿者服务作为工作内容之一,积极引导青年志愿者们服务社会。高校青年志愿服务对切实提高大学生的社会责任感,拓展高校人才培养模式有着重要的作用。本文通过研究新常态下高校青年志愿者的定位,进一步突出高校青年志愿者的积极作用,提出了促进以高校大学生为主体的青年志愿者培养的一些改进思路。
In our country, colleges and universities often organize youth volunteer service based on college students as one of the work contents, and actively guide young volunteers to serve the society. College youth volunteer service plays an important role in improving college students’ sense of social responsibility and expanding college personnel training mode. By studying the positioning of young volunteers in colleges and universities in the new normal, this paper further highlights the active role of young volunteers in colleges and universities and puts forward some suggestions for improving the cultivation of young volunteers with college students as the main body.
