目的评价电解可脱性铂金弹簧圈 (GDC)栓塞颅内动脉瘤的效果。 方法在局麻或全麻及全身抗凝下 ,经导引导管将微导管头端送入动脉瘤腔 ,用GDC逐步将瘤腔填塞满意。术前、术中、术后造影对比 ,随访 1~ 1 6个月。 结果 2 2例共 2 3个动脉瘤 ,栓塞 2 1个 ,其中 1 6个 1 0 0 %栓塞 (76 .2 % ) ,4个 90 %栓塞 (1 9.0 % ) ,1个 5 0 %栓塞 (4.8% ) ;1个伴发动脉瘤未作处理 ;1个栓塞失败。死亡 1例 ,余术后随访无SAH发生。 4例动眼神经麻痹中 3例完全恢复 ,1例稍有好转。 结论GDC栓塞治疗颅内动脉瘤安全可靠 ,效果良好 ,为颅内动脉瘤的治疗开拓了新途径
Objective To evaluate the effect of electrolytic detachable platinum coil (GDC) on intracranial aneurysm. Methods Under local anesthesia or general anesthesia and systemic anticoagulation, the tip of microcatheter was delivered to the aneurysm cavity through a guiding catheter, and the tumor cavity was filled with GDC gradually. Preoperative, intraoperative and postoperative contrast contrast, follow-up 1 ~ 16 months. Results A total of 23 aortic aneurysms were enrolled in 2 of 2 cases, of which 21 were embolized, of which 16 were 100% embolic (76.2%), 4 90% embolized (9.0%) and 50% embolized 4.8%); 1 with aneurysm without treatment; 1 failed with embolization. 1 case died, more than a week after surgery without SAH. 4 cases of oculomotor nerve paralysis in 3 cases fully recovered, 1 case slightly improved. Conclusions GDC embolization is a safe and reliable method for the treatment of intracranial aneurysms and opens up a new way for the treatment of intracranial aneurysms
