企业档案是企业重要的知识资源,而企业档案管理就是对知识资源的一种管理活动和过程。档案作为记录人类历史的文件,在人类社会中起着非常重要的作用。对于企业,档案是记录企业各项活动、存储各类信息的主要载体,是企业不可再生的资源和财富,是企业重要的知识资源。随着现代企业制度改革的日益深化和企业信息化进程的推进,在企业档案管理工作中,树立和贯穿知识管理的理念,对于推进企业档案管理现代化已迫在眉睫。
Enterprise file is an important knowledge resource of enterprise, and enterprise file management is a kind of management activity and process of knowledge resource. Archives, as a record of human history, play a very important role in human society. For enterprises, archives are the main carriers for recording all kinds of activities of enterprises and storing various kinds of information. They are the non-renewable resources and wealth of enterprises and an important intellectual resource for enterprises. With the deepening of the reform of modern enterprise system and the progress of enterprise informationization, establishing and penetrating the concept of knowledge management in the enterprise file management work is imperative to promote the modernization of enterprise file management.
