目前,可吸收性材料内固定术的研究已成为口腔颌面外科领域的一个热点。本文对聚对—二氧六环酮(poly-p-dioxanone,PDS)可吸收性固位钉在下颌升支骨切开术中的内固定作用进行了临床研究。 临床资料和方法 选取10例患者,男女各5例,平均年龄21.2岁。7例为牙颌面部不对称畸形,另3例分别为创伤后、唇腭裂修补术后和颅缝早闭畸形。3例行双侧矢状劈开截骨术,6例行双侧乙状切迹下垂直截骨术,1例患者由于下颌运动不对称而进行了矢状劈开和垂直截骨两种手术。可吸收固位钉由PDS材料制成,长40.0mm,直径1.3mm。手术方法与常规方法相同,在双侧矢状劈开截骨术中做了改进,3个固位钉中
At present, the study of absorbable material fixation has become a hot spot in the field of oral and maxillofacial surgery. In this paper, the clinical study of the internal fixation of poly-p-dioxanone (PDS) absorbable retention nail in mandibular ascending osteotomy was performed. Clinical data and methods selected 10 patients, 5 males and 5 females, mean age 21.2 years old. Seven cases were maxillofacial deformity. The other three cases were post-traumatic, cleft lip and palate repair and craniosynostosis. Three cases of bilateral sagittal split osteotomy, 6 cases of bilateral sigmoid notch under the vertical osteotomy, 1 patient due to asymmetry of the mandible sagittal split and vertical osteotomy two kinds of surgery.
