《中国工会章程》是中国工会及其会员的行为规范,是中国工会与其会员的权利义务的载体。职工参加或者组建工会组织,首先必须完全接受《中国工会章程》。不接受《中国工会章程》的工会,是非法工会。
The “Chinese Trade Unions Constitution” is a code of conduct for trade unions and their members in China and a carrier of the rights and obligations of Chinese trade unions and their members. To participate in or form a trade union organization, workers must first fully accept the “Chinese trade union constitution.” Unions that do not accept the “Chinese trade union constitution” are unlawful unions.
