为了适应我国城市人口的大幅度增长,解决地面交通拥堵现状,开发地下空间成为了我国目前发展的重要内容,盾构法作为一种重要的隧道挖掘技术,得到了广泛的应用。盾构机中刀盘作为其主要的组成部分,刀盘的控制系统也就直接影响着盾构机的作用机理和效果。本文针对我国目前盾构机的控制系统中的液压驱动控制系统的机理进行了分析,并对刀盘的控制系统容易出现的问题提出了维护措施,以期实现对盾构机的有效维护,最大限度的发挥盾构机的作用。
