材料消耗定额是材料使用管理的一项基础工作,被广泛应用在生产领域的各个方面。煤矿企业作为材料使用量较大的经营主体在材料消耗定额的使用上仍处于起步阶段。针对此问题,我矿参照往年材料使用数据,通过岗位设置、影响因素分析、数据分类统计等手段,试算出我矿的日常材料消耗定额。该定额的提出,扭转了以往“靠经验、凭感觉”的管理模式,为各区队领用材料、矿成本管控提供了依据。
Material consumption quotas are a cornerstone of material usage management and are widely used in all aspects of production. Coal mine enterprises as a material consumption of large business entities in the consumption of materials consumption is still in its infancy.
