During 1992 to 1993, more than 200 cases of cerebral hemorrhage were treated in our hospital and hospitalized. Among them, there were 28 cases of hemorrhage in the thalamus, all of which had different degrees of fever. We discussed some measures to reduce their temperature. 1 Clinical data The group of 28 patients were diagnosed as cerebral thalamic hemorrhage in the brain CT scan after onset, including 18 males and 10 females, aged 21 to 78 years. The onset time was less than 24 hours, T <37 ℃, 25 cases of 37.0 ~ 38.9 ℃, and 1 case of> 39 ℃; 16 cases of T <37 ℃, 16 cases of 37.0 ~ 38.9 ℃,> 39 ℃ 12 cases were from 4 to 7 days, 8 cases were T <37 ℃, 37 cases were from 37.0 to 38.9 ℃, 5 cases were from> 39 ℃, while those from 8 days to 14 days were T <37 ℃, 7 cases were from 37.0 to 38.9 ℃, > 39 ℃ 0
