山东省莱州市辖区矿产资源丰富,矿山开采历史悠久,涵盖金、银、铁、花岗岩、大理石、镁石、滑石等20多个开采品种,享有“中国石材之乡”“中国石都”之称。全市现有非煤矿山103处,其中地下矿山16处、露天矿山87处,尾矿库10处,承包矿山工程施工单位33个。矿山企业面广量大,安全监管任务重。近年来,莱州市始终坚持把矿山安全生产作为重中之重,以建立健全安全生产长效机制为抓手,
