锌基合金是一种软质材料,其硬度仅有HB=120~130。利用硬度较低的材料制造冲裁模,冲裁比其模具本身强度、硬度高的材料,是否可能实现,是否能满足生产需要和维持较高的模具寿命,这是人们所关切的问题。我们研究结果表明,软材料制作冲裁模具,从机理上讲应当与钢冲模有所不同,模具设计、制造、安装、调整、使用等方面也应有相应的差异,它充分地考虑冲压生产
