一、基本情况新庄小流域位于环县西南部演武乡境内,距县城106公里,总面积32．09km2,均为水土流失面积,流域共辖9个自然村、308户、1539人,615个劳力,人均土地2．09hm2,人均耕地0．61hm2。该流域属黄土高原丘陵沟壑区第二副区,地貌由梁峁、坡面、沟谷三种类型组成,主要以梁峁丘陵为主,且支离破碎,梁峁起伏,沟壑纵横,植被稀少,水土流失严重,生态环境恶化,恶劣的自然条件严重制约着当地农业生产的发展。
