目的 探讨防栓加压制动裤预防凶险性前置胎盘介入术后深静脉血栓(DVT)的效果.方法 以2019年7月～2020年02月我院妇产科凶险性前置胎盘介入术产妇共计60例,将产妇随机抽签分2组,对照组及观察组各30例,对照组常规沙袋压迫股动脉穿刺点,观察组使用防栓加压制动裤,比较术后两组产妇DVT、血肿、出血发生率及患者满意度.结果 观察组DVT、穿刺点血肿、淤血发生率显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组患者满意度显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 防栓加压制动裤用于凶险性前置胎盘介入术后,能显著预防DVT、穿刺点血肿、淤血发生率,提升患者满意度,具有积极推广价值.
