为贯彻国家创新驱动发展战略,落实《中国制造2025》[国发(2015)28号]和《国务院关于加快构建大众创业万众创新支撑平台的指导意见》[国发(2015)53号]文件精神,激发轨道交通产业及其相关技术领域的科技创新热情,进一步提升轨道交通产业对经济发展的支撑作用,特倡议举办首届中国城市轨道交通科技创新创业大赛。
In order to implement the national innovation-driven development strategy and implement the spirit of “Made in China 2025” (Guo Fa (2015) No. 28] and the Guiding Opinions of the State Council on Accelerating the Construction of a Platform for Innovative Support for Public Involvement [Guo Fa (2015) No. 53] , Stimulate enthusiasm for scientific and technological innovation in the rail transit industry and related technologies, and further enhance the supporting role of the rail transit industry in economic development. We especially plan to hold the first China Urban Rail Transit Science and Technology Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition.
