党的十七届四中全会决定提出,党的基层组织是党全部工作和战斗力的基础,是落实党的路线方针政策和各项工作任务的战斗堡垒。必须坚持围绕中心、服务大局、拓宽领域、强化功能,进一步巩固和加强党的基层组织。武警吉林总队一支队党委认真贯彻十七届四中全会决定精神和上级党委的指示要求,把加强基层党组织建设作为筑基工程,有计划、分步骤、常态化做工作,基层党组织建设不断迈上新的台阶。
The Fourth Plenary Session of the 17th Central Committee of the Party decided to propose that the grass-roots party organization be the foundation of all the party’s work and combat effectiveness and the battle stronghold for the implementation of the party’s line, principles, policies and various tasks.
