豌豆别名荷兰豆,原产于地中海沿岸和中亚地区,其嫩荚和鲜豆籽营养丰富,味鲜美,我国各地广为种植.往常浙江省各地一般在10月下旬到11月上旬播种,翌年收获.我们利用中豌四号生育期短、品质好、抗旱等特点,1998年在县良种场选用2000m~2试验基地进行秋季中豌四号生产示范,取得了较高产量和经济效益.现将栽培技术综述如下:
