本文作者从利用试凑的方法来确定透平的设计方案,往往需要很长的时间出发,根据零涡方案的特点拟订了一种选择零涡或近零涡设计方案的快速 简便计算法,它适用于径向-轴流式向心透平,也适用于带后弯叶片的径向向心透平;并指出零涡向心透平的轮周效率受叶轮结构的限制,不宜选得太高,并建议采用适当的正尾旋。文章论述了零涡方案中轮周效率ηu和U1、ρ、α1等参数的关系,零涡条件下叶轮结构参数D2、β2之间的关系,近零涡向心透平设计方案的选择方法,最后给出了一个数值计算示的例。图4,参考文献6。
According to the characteristics of zero-vortex scheme, a fast and easy calculation method for selecting zero-vortex or near-zero vortex scheme is proposed by the author from the perspective of trial and error to determine the turbine design scheme. It is also suitable for the radial-axial centripetal turbine and also for the radial centripetal turbine with back-curved blades. It is pointed out that the wheel circumference efficiency of the zero-vortex centripetal turbine is limited by the impeller structure and should not be chosen too High, and suggest using the proper positive spin. In this paper, the relationship between the wheel circumference efficiency ηu and U1, ρ, α1 and other parameters in the zero-eddy scheme is discussed. The relationship between the impeller parameters D2 and β2 under zero-eddy condition and the selection method of the near-zero vortex- Finally, a numerical example is given. Figure 4, reference 6.
