目的探讨经尿道电切(TUR)治疗成人输尿管口囊肿的临床疗效。方法采用TUR治疗成人输尿管口囊肿19例进行临床分析。结果 19例手术均一次成功,手术时间10～30min,随访6～36个月,效果良好。所有患者均未见术后大出血、囊肿复发、输尿管开口狭窄及返流等并发症。结论经尿道输尿管囊肿壁部分切除术是一种操作简单、手术时间短、创伤小、术后恢复快、并发症少、疗效确切的治疗手段。是目前治疗输尿管囊肿的首选方法。
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of transurethral resection (TUR) in the treatment of ureteric cyst in adults. Methods TUR was used to treat 19 cases of ureterocele in adults. Results All the 19 surgeries were successful. The operation time was 10-30 minutes and the follow-up period was 6-36 months. The results were good. All patients had no postoperative hemorrhage, cyst recurrence, ureteral stenosis and reflux complications. Conclusions Transurethral urethral cyst wall partial resection is a kind of simple and easy operation, short operative time, less trauma, faster recovery, less complications and effective curative effect. Is the preferred method of treatment of ureteral cysts.
