近年来,我国不断在加快改革开放进程的过程中,高等教育与国外的合作也变得十分频繁,我国高职院校中外合作办学工作也得以有效开展。但是由于我国高职院校中外合作办学还处于起步阶段,所以此项工作在开展过程中还存在着诸多问题和不足,导致我国高校合作办学发展比较缓慢。本文通过对黑龙江省高职院校中外合作中存在的问题加以剖析,总结出产生诸多问题的原因,并对其解决对策加以简要阐述。
In recent years, as China continues to speed up its reform and opening up process, the cooperation between higher education and foreign countries has also become very frequent, and the work of Sino-foreign cooperation in running higher schools in our country has also been effectively carried out. However, as the Chinese-foreign cooperation in running schools in vocational colleges in China is still in its infancy, there are still many problems and shortcomings in carrying out the work. As a result, the cooperation in running schools in China is slow. This article analyzes the problems existing in the Sino-foreign cooperation in higher vocational colleges in Heilongjiang Province, summarizes the reasons that cause many problems, and briefly explains the solutions.
