针对近几年来核电等重大项目“邻避效应”日益凸显的现状,全国政协委员、中国广核集团公司董事长贺禹发起,部分全国政协委员联名,向全国政协提交了《服务国家战略,防范核电项目邻避冲突》的提案,建议建立政府主导、政企合力、上下贯通、统筹推进的核电科普和公众沟通模式,加强核电科普和宣传,为核电项目落地奠定公众基础。
