在社会历史进程中,老年人具有重要的地位和作用,他们是历史的创造者,继承者和传递者,老年人使社会的发展保持了稳定性和连续性,他们从上一辈人那里学习和继承了民族的优良文化、道德传统、社会生存和发展的知识技术,去创造新的历史,推动社会新的进步。当他们成为老年人后,又将自己所获得的一切,传授给新的一代。因此教育后代人,是历史赋予老年人的使命,是老年人对社会应尽的义务。
In the process of social history, the elderly have an important position and role. They are the creators, successors and deliverers of history. The elderly have kept social development stable and continuous. They have learned from previous generations And the knowledge and technology that have inherited the fine culture, moral traditions, and social survival and development of the nation, so as to create a new history and promote new progress in the society. When they become seniors, they again impart what they have acquired to the new generation. Therefore, educating future generations is the mission entrusted to the elderly by history and the obligation of the elderly to society.
