目的:分离和鉴定无花果Ficus carica植物内生真菌,并对其进行活性筛选。方法:采用形态学方法对分离菌株进行鉴定,以金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠埃希菌、白菜黑斑病菌、苹果腐烂病菌、小麦赤霉病菌、草莓枯萎病菌、青霉菌为测试菌对分离得到的植物内生真菌进行抗菌活性实验。结果:从健康的无花果植物的根、茎、叶中分离共获得61株内生真菌。属于5纲,7目,12科,20属。抗菌活性试验表明有40株内生真菌具有抗菌活性,占总内生真菌的65.57%。结论:无花果植物内生真菌多样性丰富,具有很好的研究和应用价值。
Objective: To isolate and identify endophytic fungi of Ficus carica and to screen them for activity. Methods: The isolated strains were identified by morphological methods. Staphylococcus aureus, Escherichia coli, Alternaria brassicae, Rot of apple, Fusarium graminearum, Fusarium oxysporum and Penicillium fungi were isolated as test strains Endophytic fungi for antibacterial activity experiments. Results: 61 endophytic fungi were isolated from the roots, stems and leaves of healthy fig plants. Belongs to 5 classes, 7 orders, 12 families, 20 genera. Antibacterial activity test showed that 40 endophytic fungi have antibacterial activity, accounting for 65.57% of the total endophytic fungi. Conclusion: The endophytic fungi in fig plant are rich in diversity and have good research and application value.
