患者,女,53岁。发现右鼻孔处肿块并逐渐长大3个月,于1987年4月20日来诊。局部检查:右鼻翼根部及鼻前庭隆起,鼻唇沟变浅。鼻前庭及口腔前庭处有一直径约3cm圆形肿物,质韧无压痛,边界清楚,表面光滑。X线片显示:右梨状孔外下缘有一弧形凹陷,右上颁窦腔较小,无骨质破坏。临床诊断:鼻前庭囊肿。在局麻下经唇龈沟进路
