党的十七届六中全会,作出了建设社会主义文化强国的部署。如何贯彻落实十七届六中全会精神,推动咸安文化大发展、大繁荣,建设文化强区?这是摆在我们面前的一个重要课题。在广泛调研的基础上,我们认为,咸安文化的资源基础和秉赋在阴性文化,长处和优势也在阴性文化,我们应该集中力量,发展阴性文化,使之成为具有世界影响的中国阴性文化代表区或集中展示区。这既有着雄厚的现实基础和条件,也有很大的可能性,值得我们为之努力奋斗。
