近日,由上海石油化工研究院和扬子石化、洛阳工程公司共同完成的“20万t/a甲苯甲醇甲基化制二甲苯技术工业试验”项目,通过了中国石化科技部组织的技术鉴定。二甲苯是重要的基本有机化工原料,广泛用于生产聚酯、化纤等产品,与国民经济发展及人们的衣食住行密切相关,故近年来需求强劲、增量迅速。二甲苯资源不足是长期困扰我国芳烃产业发展的瓶颈,上海石油化工研究院于2000年开始开展甲苯甲醇甲基化生产二甲苯(MTX)的技术研究,针对该技术存在的突出问题,系统研究了催化剂及反应工艺,并先后完成了小试研究、工业侧线试验及工艺包开发编制。新技术具有催化剂空速高、甲基利用率
Recently, the “200,000 t / a toluene methanol methylation xylene technology industrial test” jointly completed by Shanghai Petrochemical Research Institute, Yangzi Petrochemical Company and Luoyang Engineering Company passed the technical appraisal organized by China Petrochemical Ministry of Science and Technology . Xylene is an important basic organic chemical raw material. It is widely used in the production of polyester, chemical fiber and other products. It is closely related to the development of national economy and people’s basic necessities of life. Therefore, xylene has strong demand and rapid increment in recent years.
