编者按中国标准化研究院自2003年建院以来,历经五年的艰苦奋斗,在国家“十五”重大科技专项“重要技术标准研究”等重大项目的带动下,取得了丰硕的科研成果。获得国家科技进步二等奖的“国家术语、图形符号标准体系建设研究”等重大科技成果以及研制的一大批重要技术标准,在制造业、信息技术、资源节约、食品安全、公共安全等很多领域对保障人民健康安全、促进对外贸易、节能减排和维护社会公平公正等方面发挥出越来越重要的作用。这些成果为我国经济发展和社会进步提供了技术保障;为推动我国技术进步、产业升级、提高产品质量等提供了技术支撑;为政府的宏观决策提供了科学依据。
