我省火力发电厂大部分采用钢球磨中间储仓式制粉系统,该系统节电潜力较大。过去几年中各电厂做了不少有关改进方面的工作,如放大磨煤机出入口料斗截面,粗粉分离器筒体升高等,都取得了不同程度的效果。根据《能源发明》83年第一期中《提高钢球磨煤机出力的一种新方法》介绍,离磨煤机输出端有一定量的合格煤粉,只要对该段进行强化通风,即可提高磨煤机的经济效益。为此,在有关部门的支持下,我们在铜陵发电厂~#6炉钢球磨上进行试验。试验结果表明,改进后制粉系统的运行状况是比较经济的。
