从城乡一体化的内涵出发,首先分析了城乡一体化在我国的发展现状,并在此基础上深入分析了城乡一体化对我国县域公路网建设的影响。分析结果表明,我国城乡一体化进程对县域公路网建设从路网规模、路网等级结构和服务水平上提出了更高的要求。然后,针对此背景建立了县域公路网适应性评价指标体系和模糊综合评判方法。最后,将这一方法应用于常熟市公路网现状适应性评价当中,实例表明模型具有良好的实际应用价值和发展前景。
Based on the connotation of urban-rural integration, this paper first analyzes the current situation of the integration of urban and rural areas in our country, and on this basis, analyzes the influence of urban-rural integration on the construction of county road network in our country. The analysis results show that the process of urban-rural integration in our country sets higher requirements for the construction of county highway network from the scale of the road network, the hierarchical structure of the road network and the service level. Then, based on this background, the index system and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method of county highway network adaptability are established. Finally, this method is applied to the present situation of the adaptive evaluation of highway network in Changshu City. The examples show that the model has good practical value and development prospects.
