随着电子信息技术的飞速发展和办公自动化的逐步完善,计算机已被越来越广泛地应用于办公室的日常工作。当我们深切感受到计算机网络管理优越性的同时,也越来越依赖管理系统。以往手续繁杂的办公行文、来往函件等都可以通过网络直接在计算机上办结。然而,从硬件、软件、网络环境等方面看,计算机网络管理系统并不十分可靠,尤其是在网络日益普及,系统开放性日益增强的今天,这种依赖令人担忧。如果缺乏严格的科学管理和有效的应急措施,系统的安全性将受到威胁。
