各证券监管办公室、证券监管特派员办事处,上海、深圳证券交易所:经中国证监会批准,中国证券业计算机2000年问题第三次全网测试于1999年2月10日-13日进行。现就有关事宜通知如下:一、全国证券兼营、专营机构营业部必须全部参加本次测试。二、证券经营机构解决2000年问题必须坚持自测自改为主,杜绝过分依赖交易所统一组织的联网测试和全网测试的倾向。各营业部应积极做好对柜台交易、行情、财务管理、办公等系统的评估、升级、改造,对1999年9月9日、12月31日和2000年1月1日、1月3日、1月4日、2月28日、2月29日、3月31日等全部敏感日期进行自测自
Securities Regulatory Offices, Securities Regulatory Commissioners’ Offices, Shanghai and Shenzhen Stock Exchanges: Approved by China Securities Regulatory Commission, the third full-network test on China’s securities industry in 2000 was conducted on February 10 to 13, 1999. The relevant matters are hereby notified as follows: First, the national securities 兼营, franchised institutions Sales Department must fully participate in this test. Second, securities institutions must adhere to self-assessment and self-reformation to solve the problems in 2000, and eliminate the tendency of over-reliance on the unified testing and network-wide testing of exchanges. All sales departments should actively make assessments, upgrades and removals on the counter transactions, quotations, financial management, and office systems.
