前言蒲城高岭土(以下简称蒲城土)系陕西蒲城、白水一带与煤系共生的泥岩夹矸,形成于石炭二迭纪,按其赋存的层位及品质,蒲城土可分为两种:蒲城土一号(当地煤矿称为200矸);蒲城土二号(当地煤矿称为500矸)。据煤科院地勘分院勘查结果,对其储量作了初步估算,蒲城土一号为5500万吨。蒲城土二号为一亿吨。过去这些硬质高蛉石岩随着煤炭的开采作为废物舍弃掉,不但浪费了资源,也污染了环境。为了充分开发利用这些资源,对蒲城土的化学成分和矿物成分进行了分析,并在此基础上对蒲城土的应用进行了试验研究。结果证明蒲城土一号是一种优质的陶瓷工业原料。其质量标准
