[目的]研究EphA2 mRNA和EphrinAl mRNA在乳腺癌中的表达及其意义。[方法]应用逆转录—聚合酶链式反应(RT-PCR)检测40例乳腺癌冰冻标本中EphA2 mRNA和EphrinAl mRNA的表达,分析mRNA与其蛋白表达的相关性及与临床病理特征的关系。[结果]乳腺癌组织中EphA2 mRNA、EphrinA1 mRNA的表达均与组织学分级、淋巴结转移及TNM分期显著相关(P均<0.05)。EphA2和EphrinAl蛋白在乳腺癌的表达与和mRNA的表达水平不完全一致。[结论]EphA2 mRNA和EphrinA1 mRNA的阳性表达均与乳腺癌的恶性行为相关。
[Objective] To study the expression and significance of EphA2 mRNA and EphrinAl mRNA in breast cancer. [Methods] The expression of EphA2 mRNA and EphrinAl mRNA in 40 breast cancer frozen specimens were detected by reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR). The correlation between mRNA and protein expression and clinicopathological features were analyzed. [Results] The expressions of EphA2 mRNA and EphrinA1 mRNA in breast cancer tissues were significantly correlated with histological grade, lymph node metastasis and TNM stage (all P <0.05). EphA2 and EphrinAl protein expression in breast cancer and mRNA expression levels are not exactly the same. [Conclusion] The positive expression of EphA2 mRNA and EphrinA1 mRNA are both related to the malignant behavior of breast cancer.
