中西方的饮食习惯有很大不同,最大的区别就在于主食与副食的区分。东方人向来看重主食,谷类食物的地位远在其它食物之上,做法也是花样翻新,或粥或饭,或米或面,依据个人喜好多种多样。至于肉、蛋、鱼以及各种豆制品都被视作副食,主食为主,副食为辅,既有利于膳食营养的平衡,也保证了各类营养物质之间的合理搭配。相反的,西餐则没有主、副食之分,甚至在每顿饭中一点主食不吃都很正常。不过近几年,随着国人逐渐接受西方人的饮食习惯,很多人开始越来越偏爱好吃的
