转眼间,近20年的教学生涯过去了,此时此刻我的感触很多。每天都在和学生共同面对课堂,每天也都在和学生一起度过40分钟的心路历程。有时候是收获开心,有时候是得到伤心。年年岁岁花相似,岁岁年年人不同。无论是哪种情绪,都让我觉得在课堂上,每个学生的思维都应该是活跃的,而不应该是呆板的,死气沉沉的。说句不太恰当的话,如果让我在看到有学生在发呆和看到有学生在因为看到好玩的东西而临时开个小差,我情愿选择后者。毕竟,开小差的同学,思维至少还是在活动的,而发呆的话,那么,老师要把他拉回课堂就不是那么容易的事情了。
Blink of an eye, nearly 20 years of teaching career has passed, at this moment I feel a lot.
