文阐回顾了中科院院地合作历程,阐明了促进科技与经济结合是中科院与生俱来的使命和历史责任。在此基础上,系统论述了现阶段中国市场经济环境下科技与经济关系的特点,并对新时期中科院院地合作的举措和战略进行了思考。
The essay reviewed the cooperation history of Chinese Academy of Sciences and Institute of Science and Technology and clarified that it is the innate mission and historical responsibility of CAS to promote the integration of science and technology with economy. On this basis, this paper systematically discusses the characteristics of the relationship between science and technology and economy under the market economy environment of China at the present stage and ponders over the measures and strategies for the cooperation between Chinese Academy of Sciences and Academies in the new era.
