目的研究卵巢上皮性癌中环氧化酶-2(COX-2)的表达情况。方法采用免疫组化法用COX-2特异性抗体检测57例卵巢上皮性癌、20例卵巢良性上皮性肿瘤和10例正常卵巢组织中COX-2的表达。结果卵巢上皮性癌和卵巢良性上皮性肿瘤组织中有COX-2的免疫着色,而正常卵巢组织中未见一例着色。卵巢上皮性癌中COX-2(61.40%)的阳性表达率明显高于卵巢良性上皮性肿瘤和(25.0%)正常卵巢组织(P<0.05),COX-2的表达与卵巢上皮性癌的临床分期、病理分级及腹水的多少无关(P>0.05)。结论COX-2表达上调可能与卵巢上皮性癌的发生有关,COX-2蛋白能为卵巢癌的早期诊断提供依据。
Objective To study the expression of cyclooxygenase-2 (COX-2) in epithelial ovarian cancer. Methods The expression of COX-2 in 57 cases of ovarian epithelial carcinoma, 20 cases of ovarian benign epithelial tumor and 10 cases of normal ovarian tissue was detected by immunohistochemistry with COX-2 specific antibody. Results Immunohistochemical staining of COX-2 in epithelial ovarian cancer and benign ovarian epithelial tumor showed no staining in normal ovarian tissue. The positive rate of COX-2 (61.40%) in ovarian epithelial carcinoma was significantly higher than that in benign epithelial ovarian tumor and normal ovarian tissue (25.0%) (P <0.05). The expression of COX-2 was correlated with the clinical value of ovarian epithelial carcinoma Staging, pathological grade and the number of ascites (P> 0.05). Conclusion The up-regulation of COX-2 may be related to the occurrence of epithelial ovarian cancer. The expression of COX-2 protein may provide evidence for the early diagnosis of ovarian cancer.
