Albuquerque C、Baltazar C、Filipe B等人研究分析了52例大肠肿瘤的Wnt信号基因的突变,发现不同类型的肿瘤突变谱有显著差异。已完成的研究表明,家族性腺瘤性息肉中APC基因突变体决定肿瘤形成的Wnt信号级别。
Albuquerque C, Baltazar C, Filipe B et al. Analyzed the mutations of Wnt signaling genes in 52 cases of colorectal tumors and found significant differences in the mutation patterns of different types of tumors. Completed studies have shown that APC gene mutations in familial adenomatous polyps determine the level of Wnt signaling in tumorigenesis.
