本文分析了一种产生电路测试码的方法——-临界通路法,指出了它存在的问题,用跳变扩展法对其作了改进,并给出两个条件,对符合条件的组合电路,改进的方法可找出其全部测试码。本文还证明了退敏路是造成扇出线和扇出源可测性不同的唯一原因,提出了判断扇出源可测性的*标识法,这使得跳变扩展法易于在计算机上实现。此方法已用程序实现,文中给出了部分实验结果。
This paper analyzes a method of generating circuit test code --- the critical path method, points out its existing problems, and improves it by using the jump-and-extension method. Two conditions are given. For the qualified circuit, Improved method to find out all of its test code. The paper also proves that the degeneracy circuit is the only reason that causes the fanout and fan source testability to be different, and proposes the * marking method to judge the testability of the fan source, which makes the jump extension method easy to implement on the computer. This method has been implemented using a program. Some experimental results are given in this paper.
