目的观察针灸配合康复训练治疗脑梗塞后认知功能障碍的疗效。方法将110例患者随机分为两组,两组均采用常规运动康复训练及认知障碍康复训练,治疗组加用针灸疗法。结果治疗12周后治疗组认知能力、行为能力等指标明显优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论针灸配合康复训练治疗脑梗塞后认知功能障碍有较好疗效。
Objective To observe the curative effect of acupuncture and moxibustion combined with rehabilitation training on cognitive dysfunction after cerebral infarction. Methods One hundred and ten patients were randomly divided into two groups. Both groups received routine physical rehabilitation training and cognitive impairment rehabilitation. The treatment group received acupuncture and moxibustion. Results After 12 weeks of treatment, the cognitive and behavioral abilities of the treatment group were significantly better than those of the control group (P <0.01). Conclusion Acupuncture combined with rehabilitation training for cognitive impairment after cerebral infarction has a good effect.
