目的 :探讨紫丁香叶提取物对HepG2 .2 .15细胞存活率及其分泌HBeAg和HBsAg的影响 ,并与干扰素和肝炎灵相比较。方法 :采用3 H TdR掺入法检测HepG2 .2 .15细胞的存活率。采用ELISA检测 3种药物作用后HepG2 .2 .15细胞培养上清中HBeAg和HbsAg水平的变化 (以抑制率来表示 )。 结果 :①随着浓度的增加 ,各药对细胞的存活率均显示抑制作用 ,肝炎灵和干扰素对HepG2 .2 .15细胞存活的抑制率明显大于紫丁香叶提取物。②各药对HepG2 .2 .15细胞分泌HBeAg和HBsAg的抑制率 ,呈剂量依赖性。紫丁香叶提取物的抑制率介于干扰素和肝炎灵之间。结论 :紫丁香叶提取物是一种高效低毒的药物 ,具有抗乙型肝炎病毒的作用
Objective: To investigate the effects of extract of Lilac on the survival rate of HepG2.2.15 cells and its secretion of HBeAg and HBsAg, and compared with interferon and hepatitis. Methods: The viability of HepG2.2.15 cells was assayed by 3 H TdR incorporation assay. The changes of HBeAg and HBsAg levels in HepG2.2.15 cell culture supernatants (expressed as inhibition rate) after 3 drugs were tested by ELISA. Results: ① With the increase of concentration, the survival rate of all the drugs showed inhibition, HeLanling and interferon on HepG2.2.15 cell survival inhibition was significantly greater than the clove leaf extract. ② The inhibitory rate of each drug on HepG2.2.15 cells secreting HBeAg and HBsAg in a dose-dependent manner. The inhibition rate of lilac leaves extract is between that of interferon and hepatitis. Conclusion: Lilac leaves extract is an effective and low toxicity drug with anti-hepatitis B virus
