原位观察了聚合物/稀释剂体系的分散相液滴粗化过程,应用傅里叶变换对图像进行了分析,结果表明:随着相分离结构的生长,傅里叶变换光斑半径变小,散射矢量qm总体向减小的方向移动。研究表明:实验体系的相分离后期存在聚结熟化机理向水力学流动机理的转变。
The droplet roughening process of the dispersed phase of the polymer / diluent system was observed in situ. The Fourier transform was used to analyze the image. The results show that the radius of the Fourier transform spot becomes smaller with the growth of the phase separation structure, Scattering vector qm generally moves in a decreasing direction. The results show that there is a shift from the mechanism of coalescence and ripening to the mechanism of hydraulics flow in the late phase of experiment.
