伴随着现代奥林匹克运动无止境地向“更快、更高、更强”的方向发展。过去的运动训练,多数情况是反复练习运动技术通过它进行发展技术技能,同时间接地培养该运动必要的体力。据此,在培养该项目特有的体力方面是达到了目的,并且很多优秀运动员因此而受益。但是,无疑也有许多运动员一无所得,遭遇还没有淋浴到阳光的运动而消迹。为此,必须掌握运动训练的特点。
Along with the endless development of the modern Olympic Movement, it has been moving toward “faster, higher and stronger”. In the past, exercise training was, in most cases, repeated practice of exercise techniques by which technical skills were developed while indirectly cultivating the physical strength necessary for the exercise. Accordingly, the purpose is achieved in developing the unique physical strength of the project, and many excellent athletes benefit from it.
