水热法制备WO3微米棒及其催化脱除二苯并噻吩研究

以钨酸钠和硝酸铵为原料采用水热法制备WO3微米棒。以WO3微米棒为催化剂,H2O2为氧化剂,对模拟油中的二苯并噻吩(DBT)进行催化氧化脱硫研究,考察不同的反应条件对DBT脱除效果的影响,确定适宜的反应条件。结果表明:H2O2?WO3?十六烷基三甲基溴化铵体系对DBT具有较高的脱除率;对于5mLDBT质量分数为500gμ?g的模拟油,适宜的反应条件为:催化剂WO3微米棒的用量0.01g、n(H2O2)?n(DBT)=8、反应温度70℃、反应时间1.5h、萃取剂N,N-二甲基甲酰胺加入量8mL、萃取时间5min,在该条件下DBT的脱除率为100%;催化剂循环使用5次后,DBT的脱除率没有明显下降。 WO3 microrods were prepared by hydrothermal method using sodium tungstate and ammonium nitrate as raw materials. The catalytic oxidation desulfurization of dibenzothiophene (DBT) in simulated oil was studied with WO3 micron rod as catalyst and H2O2 as oxidant. The effects of different reaction conditions on the removal of DBT were investigated and the suitable reaction conditions were determined. The results showed that: H2O2? WO3? Cetyltrimethylammonium bromide system DBT has a high removal rate; for 5mLDBT mass fraction of 500gμ? G of simulated oil, the appropriate reaction conditions: catalyst WO3 micron rods The dosage of 0.01g, n (H2O2) n (DBT) = 8, the reaction temperature was 70 ℃, the reaction time was 1.5h, the extraction agent N, N-dimethylformamide was added in an amount of 8mL and the extraction time was 5min. DBT removal rate of 100%; catalyst recycling 5 times, DBT removal rate did not decline significantly.
