记者:讲文明应该是中华民族自古以来就有的传统,为什么如今还在大力提倡呢?胡光伟:提倡讲文明树新风的道理就是没有规矩不成方圆。任何一个社会里,公民都应该是文明的。人类已经从野蛮社会进入文明社会,除了极少数地区,大多数地区都进入了文明社会。那文明社会就应该有文明的表现。但现在整个社会看起来,风气、文明程度应该来说都还很不符合文明社会这个要求。所以就要提出讲文明树新风。
Reporter: Civilization should be the tradition of the Chinese nation since ancient times, and why it is vigorously advocated now? Hu Guangwei: The principle of advocating civilized new winds is that no rules can not reach a radius. In any society, citizens should be civilized. Human beings have entered civilized society from barbarous societies, except for a few areas, most of which have entered a civilized society. That civilized society should have a civilized performance. But now the whole community looks, culture and civilization should still not meet the requirements of a civilized society. Therefore, we should put forward a new style of civilization tree.
