英语作为当今世界最为常用的国际交流语言,是我们理解外域文化的重要工具,对于学生而言,英语不仅是高中阶段的必修课程,而且是进一步了解西方文化的重要阶梯。绝大多数内地新疆高中班(以下简称“内高班”)学生来内高班学习后,英语水平和运用能力得到大幅提高,绝大多数学生得以进入国内著名高校学习深造,但与内地发达地区学生相比,尚存在较大差距,部分学生在英语学习上还存在很多困难,还不能完全适应内地英语教学要求,正因为此,把握内高班学生英语学习困难的成因,并根据学生实际调整教学策略,激发学生的学习动力,成为内高班英语教学中必须解决的问题。
As the most commonly used international communication language in the world today, English is an important tool for us to understand the culture of outlying areas. For students, English is not only a required course in high school, but also an important step for further understanding of Western culture. The vast majority of students from the Xinjiang High School Class in the Mainland (hereinafter referred to as “senior high school”) have greatly improved their English proficiency and their ability to use English after entering senior secondary classes. Most of the students are allowed to enter advanced universities in China for further studies. However, There is still a big gap between students in developed areas. Some students still have many difficulties in learning English and can not fully meet the requirements of English teaching in the Mainland. Because of this, they have grasped the causes of English learning difficulties among students in higher secondary education and, based on the students’ The actual adjustment of teaching strategies to stimulate students’ motivation to learn has become a problem that must be solved in English teaching of senior high classes.
