“有所为,有所不为”,江泽民总书记“5.31”讲话中的战略发展思想,成为贵州高峰机械厂发起参与经济全球化新一轮大汇战的强大思想武器。地处贵州安顺的高峰机械厂,由于历史多方面的缘故,造成经济一直不景气的被动局面,乃至于许多年都未跳出计划经济、经验主义的“怪圈”,全厂产值始终在3000万左右徘徊。改革开放20多年来,国内经济的迅猛发展,如声声号角不断唤起高峰人的认识觉悟,逐步开始清醒地认识到:高峰厂不改革就没有出路;思想观念不转变,发展就没有新思路;旧机制不改变,包袱沉重,高峰厂就边不开大步。
