第三次全国中学物理特级教师和优秀教师会议于1992年10月23日至28日在(上海)华东师范大学举行。出席会议的有来自全国各省市、自治区的中学物理特级教师、优秀教师、教研员和十一家出版社的编辑共114位代表.大会收到论文44篇。大会开幕式由中国物理学会《物理教学》杂志主编宓子宏教授主持,中国物理学会副理事长、中国物理学会教学委员会主任赵凯华教授致开幕词并宣读中国物理学会教学委员会中学分委员会成员名单(见后),上海市物理学会副理事长华东师范大学校长袁运开教授致欢迎词,上海市科协常委、华东师大副校长张瑞琨教
The Third National High School Physics Teachers and Outstanding Teachers Meeting was held at East China Normal University (Shanghai) from October 23 to October 28, 1992. Attending the conference were 114 middle-school physics teachers, excellent teachers, teaching and research staff and editors of eleven publishing houses from all provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities in China. The conference received 44 papers. The opening ceremony of the conference was presided over by Prof. Zi Zihong, editor-in-chief of Physics Teaching magazine of the Chinese Physics Society.
