在二甲基甲酰胺—甲醇溶剂中,3,ε—二硝基二苯并碘六环硫酸氢盐(Ⅰ)用硼氢化钠(钾)部分还原生成2—碘—4,4′—二硝基二苯甲烷(Ia);在同样条件下,3,6—二硝基二苯并对氧碘六环硫酸氢盐(Ⅱ)和3,6—二硝基二苯并碘五环硫酸氢盐(Ⅲ)被还原生成相应的碘化物(Ⅱa)和(Ⅲa)外,还得到不含碘的化合物(Ⅱb)和(Ⅲb)。初步探讨了反应条件(温度、溶剂和投料比)与反应产物的关系。用氧化关环的方法合成了一种新的碘杂环化合物—3,6—二乙酰氨基二苯并磺六环碘化物的硫酸盐(Ⅶ)及其衍生物—3,6—二乙酰氨基二苯并碘六环硫酸盐(Ⅵa)。初步药理实验表明(Ⅵa)具有一定的降血压作用。

Preliminary pharmacological experiments show that (Ⅵ a) has a certain antihypertensive effect.
