目的研究秦岭猪苓三萜化合物的提取技术,并其成分进行鉴定研究。方法以香草醛-冰乙酸-高氯酸为显色系统,采用紫外分光光度法测定猪苓总三萜化合物的含量;以乙醇为溶剂,采用溶剂法对三萜化合物进行提取,通过单因素试验和正交试验确定最佳提取工艺;用理化常数和波谱数据对其进行鉴定。结果最佳提取工艺为6倍量无水乙醇,回流提取3次,每次2 h。结论该提取工艺操作简单可行,可为猪苓药材的研究提供科学依据。
Objective To study the extraction technology of triterpene compounds from Polyporus umbellatus in Qinling Mountains and its components. Methods Vanillin - glacial acetic acid - perchloric acid was used as the colorimetric system. The contents of total triterpenoids in Polyporus umbellatus were determined by UV spectrophotometry. The triterpene compounds were extracted by solvent method with ethanol as solvent and tested by single factor test And orthogonal test to determine the best extraction process; using physical and chemical constants and spectral data to identify them. Results The best extraction process was 6 times the amount of ethanol, extracted three times, each time 2 h. Conclusion The extraction process is simple and feasible, which can provide a scientific basis for the study of Polyporus umbellatus.
